    It did remove the freckles but I hope you don't mind me saying that I rather liked your freckles.

    It appears that your jawline has changed. Is this a trick of the light?

    Fractional lasers cause damage similar to IPL. Cellular apoptosis and damage to all three layers of skin. Had I known this, I never would have allowed these devices near my face. I used to be very pretty. Not anymore!

    Many of us have had these same horrible results from fractional laser. The fat in my face melted and my thyroid function was damaged. There are plenty of complaints to the FDA regarding lasers and IPL and I talk to other victims every day. It's common and if it happens to you it's truly a nightmare.

    Thank you for your well-wishes, Kristi. I do have friends who were damaged by IPL. I'm sure you're very cautious but I don't think the technology has been fully screened for dangers, considering that both IPL and laser machines have gotten more and more powerful over the years.

    I can't believe they went ahead and charged you then told you know refunds! That's awful! What an abuse of power!

    I am so sorry this happened to you and I do understand because I was horribly disfigured by a fractional laser.
