Oh my goodness Jennifer your posts are bringing back memmories.! Really I had alot of different concerns prior to my surgery with Dr G but quit frankly I had nothing to worry about. You posted "so I am freaking myself out that I will get into surgery they will cut open and then see I did not have enough to pull down?!" You WILL notice the skin on your belly will be taut and that is exactly what you want. In fact you woun't be able to stand completely errect the first few days or I've heard even a week. Yes there is more skin there than you realize. After the doc does the incision the skin is separated from the muscle all the way up to I believe your rib cage the doc will then proceed to tighten all those stretched out from baby muscles like a corset. He will then pull the skin down, make a new belly button, and then cut off the excess skin, say by by to 85% of your stretch marks, and then stitch up the incision. You will have a couple drains that I believe come out after, at the most I think 2 weeks(this does not hurt). If doc thinks you need some contouring lipo after he completes the TT trust me, he'll do it as long as it is is agreed on prior. He did lipo on my flanks for contouring. My mommy makover results are fantastic and so will be your TT. Trust him he has done a gazillion of these and if you are not happy afterwards he will make it right. He doesn't want any of his patients not happy with their results. Dr G is an excellent surgeon and you are in good hands.
