Yes Linda I was very lucky,the bank (CareCredit w/GE bank) waved my fees (7/17/2008) and therefore in my favor. I sure hope you will get your money back, I wrote the bank it's worth a try. good luck
I put down $2600 for a July 11th surgery and the place closed down. I just can't believe that such a scam can be so wide spread in this country. I would not trust any more of these types of treament centers and I will talk about it to how ever will listen so that other women will not have to fall pray to such junk.
