    I just had my breast augmentation done 8 days ago today and I have a 9 yr old and a 14 month old. You really only have to worry about the first 3-4 days. Those are the days you will be most sore and not want any children near you (due to your lack of quick response should a child fall/jump on you accidently) As of 2 days ago, my 14 month old daughter has been able to be on my lap and theres no problem at all. Good luck!!!
