    I'm 5'1" and weigh 125lbs. I was a A/B cup size before I got a breast augmentation 12 yrs ago. I got 290cc saline which gave me a small C, however, after 12 years they have significantly changed in size and shape. My PS is recommending 400cc high profile silicone and to go for medium to full C. Is that too large for my height? Will that make me look top heavy?

    I am 5'1" and weigh 125lbs, is 400cc implants too large for my height? I was a full A cup before I had my breast augmentation 12 years ago of 290cc (small C cup). They have significantly decreased in size and shape. I want to switch my implants from saline to silicone. I want a medium C cup and improve the shape. My surgeon is advising 400cc high profile implants and to go for a medium to full C. Is that too large?
