So sorry you're going through this! Thanks for warning the rest of us, I'm def. not gonna get this done after reading yours & others who say that it dries the skin out long term. FYI- you can get Hyaluronic acid supplements with low molecular weight (HA-LMW)so that your skin can absorb it> may help replace some of the HA you seem to have lost. Good luck
Sorry to hear what a terrible experience you had. I'm researching because I'm thinking about getting juvederm in my lips & found out some stuff that may be helpful to you. I live in NYC & have consulted with Smoothmed- (a walk in botox shop) and the staff there told me that if I don't like the filler that they can inject me with a substance that will make it disappear within a few days. I can't remember the name (I think it sounded like vice- something??), but they assured me that the substance they inject to break down the juvederm would be free of charge. The girl behind the counter said she had it done because she had a lump in her lip w/ restylane and then got juvederm instead. Maybe you can find someone to do this, although it's more injections it sounds like it would erase the juvederm quickly. Good luck,& hope it's helpful.
