I don't think the problem is specifically restylane, I had fat injected in to my lips over 10 years ago and I could still see tiny white dots from then. I had restylane injected into them a few weeks ago and I didn't have that problem (at least not yet). Out of the 2 proceedures, fat or restylane, I am happier with the results from the restylane.
