If you're looking for revision, Dr. Neil Gordon in Connecticut is the best. He knows when people just need refinement and when people need a nose nose. You did not need a whole new nose, which the doctor did for you, she totally does not know what she's doing. I'm telling you Neil Gordon is an artist and he can fix other people's mistakes. I have been contemplating getting a nose job because I know someone who went to him and she looks great. When I went in for a free consultation I saw a girl with a horrible nose job and got scared, and he told me that she was trying to fix it and that she had had 7 surgeries already and that there wasn't a lot to work with but he seemed confident in helping her. I'm sure he could help you!

I kind of agree with this. It's a pain to get invisalign. I had them for a year and my teeth aren't perfect...they are better but not what I wanted. Also, they have shifted, even though I wear the retainer at night. My wisdom teeth are coming in though so it could be due to that. I wish that I had just gotten regular braces as a kid..or even later in college, I didn't care if people saw that I had braces. My parents didn't want to get it for me though so I went with invisalign in college. My advice is to go with the traditional braces, or if you DO get invisalign be really careful about brushing a lot and get a permanent retainer put in so they don't shift when you are done with treatment.
