Thank you for your quick response. I can handle a light peel; as long as it's not like the one I just experienced...lol. I agree--I would do it again. My twin sister is scheduled for the procedure the middle of this month. We were schedled for the same day but she was running a fever and the Dr. rescheduled her. We both are hoping for good results. We did/are doing the procedure for fine lines, to brighten our eyes, and to help age in the neck area. Hope to get the results our Dr. said we'd get! I have pics of each day and I do not might sharing them. It looks much worse than it really is.

Dr. Weiner, Thanks for your reply. I did remove the dead skin and feel much better. The sides of my face still have some large patches that do not seem ready to peel today--maybe tomorrow. I'm washing my face with dove soap and putting Remergent Repair formula moisturizer on my face after. My eyes are still sensitive and haven't peeled. In your experience--will I peel again or will this be it?? I'm not red--just a nice pink. Will that change later?? I'll try the Lubiderm as well. I'm surprised at how fast the process went. I expected more down time--nice surprise!! Thank you, GB

Dr. Weiner, I'm into my 5th day of CO2 Repair. The procedure itself wasn't bad. The healing process I have disliked the most--even more than the first oozing 24 hours-- is the peeling that comes after you start to heal. I'm surprised that more people that have had the procedure haven't talked about that part. I was not prepared for that much peeling and didn't really know how to get all "that" dead skin off my face without causing more problems. I was afraid to remove it--don't rub--was what I had been told. More than half my face has peeled now and the sides are peeling, but I did have to gentle remove some of the dead skin and nice pink--not red yet is underneath. I hope it was okay to remove the balled up skin. Of course it was the 3 day weekend and I didn't want to bother my Dr. by paging her. Any advice to Co2 Repair patients?? What is the best way to handle the dead skin peeling?
