My heart breaks when I see this happen after surgery. You are 100% accurate that you have to deal with the inner demons of selfdoubt and selfworth as part of this process. I'm sorry your journey was so difficult.
I hope you are writing an new chapter in your life. It is never too late to start "from now on..."
Use your widsom to bring light into the world.
I dealt with a lot of people after they had GBS. Results will vary, but if you keep positive, make sure you are being healthy, you will should see results. I will tell you the harder you are on yourself, the harder it will be for you to lose.
Make sure you are taking really good absorbable nutrients into your body, like some Greens and a either GOOD multivitamins (even if you have to grind them up in your drink) or liquid nutrients.
It's harder to get nutrients into your system now that you've had surgery. Plus, your body went through a lot of stress, you had anestetics, and you may just be taking a bit to recover.
