Your abs looked so nice prior to the procedure. I am not sure why you wanted to get lipo. It is trickier on thin girls for a doctor to get this procedure right because afterwards you will be able to see every bit of uneveness and imperfection if not performed meticulously by the doctor. Best of luck to you and sorry you had such a bad experience :(

Awesome that you had such great results :) Did you get the traditional Pearl or fractional Pearl treatment? Most recently (about 1 wk ago) I had the combo---full face traditional Pearl with fractional Pearl on forehead, around mouth and eyes. The fractional treated areas have shown pretty impressive results so far, the areas treated only with traditional Pearl---not as dramatic of a change though for me (on me, the traditional Pearl was good for minor pigmentation issues and some fine lines).

I am 3 weeks post traditional Pearl treatment on my entire face. While the texture of my skin has improved nicely and some lighter discolorations have faded, there is not a major difference in wrinkles though. Just a warning---you may be more prone to pimple breakouts about a week or two after the Pearl procedure which I never expected. Three weeks after Pearl and my skin is still definitely much more oily than usual and I've been having breakouts. No sure if this is because Pearl also stimulates the dermal layer of the skin to help the production of new collagen, and this dermal stimulation probably also causes stimulation of the sebaceous glands (oil producing glands) which are also in the dermis.
