  The "butt cheeks" as you call them are most definitely from swelling. If you look at your immediate post op photos and your day 13 photos that appearance wasn't there. Your body is going through many changes as it heals. Tissue is responding to the healing phase and there can be swelling that occurs in the process. You really do look great! Glad you are happy. We are here if you have any questions or concerns.
