esthelis and fortelis are the same thing just the fortelis is thicker so it can be injected with esthelis. you will get a fuller lip that will last a bit longer
as an injector I would not inject Voluma in the lips. It is far too viscous, therefore you risk looking like the dreaded rubber looking trout pout. Fine I guess if that's the look you are after. For me, the lips are a beautiful part of a woman's face and should retain a natural 'soft' appearance and feel. A large percentage of my injecting is 'off label' but it continues to be based on the 'right product choice' for the best aesthetic outcome. For people like your self, who 'burn' HA's very quickly I may suggest a permanent filler such as Aquamid. I have been injecting Aquamid for over 5 years and I have 100% patient satisfaction. I'm not sure which country you live in, and if it is available. If it is, I would seek a very experienced injector to complete the treatment. Aquamid is contraindicated in some patients so a comprehensive medical history is required. good luck
