How are you healing now?? Do you feel their are any improvements? Your belly looks flat but it is as if the doctor removed your belly button altogether!! Has the doctor offered to fix anything? Although, as some of the other posts said, you cannot trust him to fix anything especially if he is acting like you should be satisfied! I understand that things can go wrong in any surgery but any doctor that would be okay with those results and expect you to live with them is NOT a good doctor. He should be ashamed of what he did and be eagerly offering you a revision! Don't let him intimidate you or make you feel that you are just being a pain or unreasonable. I really think you should look into legal action and reporting him if he doesn't offer you some revision or compensation to have that fixed. If you don't get anywhere with him, I can recommend a great program that will revise your surgery at a reduced cost. I had a full TT there and I am very happy with my results!

Yes it did. I went through a residency program. The doctor I used is pretty much done and moving on to private practice.

Thank you and congrats to you! I will have my drains pulled tomorrow and will post some pics after that!

Congrats to you on your TT! I have read that several doctors only leave the drains in for about a week. If yours fell out, as long as you are not having a fluid filled pocket then you should be fine. My stitches were dissolvable and he put some kind of glue over the top and they were healed by about day 10. My drains have been in for close to what they consider the max time but I get them out tomorrow! (Yay!) I had a lot of fluid at about 45 mls from one drain each day so he left them in to try and wait for it to slow down and we live several hours from the doc so he didn't want to take any chances. Congrats again to you and I would love to see your pics if you decide to post a review!

Hello, I am sorry to hear all the trouble you are having. You can tell from the pics that you are very fit and I can only imagine how frustrated you must be. One of the doctors that comments on here regularly, said that it borders on malpractice for a doc to not put in drains after a TT. I still have my drains in from my TT 2 weeks ago and knowing how much fluid actually drains out, I can't imagine having that trapped under the skin. It is amazing that it didn't cause even more problems for you. I know there are many complications that can arise from this procedure and many are not the Docs fault, but your doc seems to have made some serious mistakes and I would worry that he would make it worse with a revision. I hope all goes well for you in the end and you do still look great!
