  I believe that celebrities have the right (like anyone else) to keep their medical treatment under wraps. However, I do feel it is wrong and should not be legal for them to tout claims of products which could have been treated by medical procedures. When I find myself second guessing a decision to invest in something I say to myself, "When in doubt, DON'T!"
