I've had juvaderm in my lips and marionette lines a few times now, but just had it done again on Friday (today is Sunday) by my usual doctor and the bruising is incredibly severe. It was never like this before (only tiny bruised pin-pricks before). I have a black spot the size of a dime above my lip that I can't conceal (tried orange lipstick, color corrector and 3 pots of concealer, one of which is a tattoo concealer!!), and dark blue and purple bruising the entire length of one of the marionette lines. I am a bit panicked because I have to go to work tomorrow and have no idea how I'm going to explain this. I took Arnica for 48 hours prior to the Juvaderm (my usual routine)and am still taking it. I've used ice packs and arnica cream all weekend as well. I do think people should be warned about the potential for severe bruising. It's a real problem if you have to be around people, go to work etc.
