I've read all the comments regarding fig and decided to post myself. I went in for the "free" consultation around October 07 and was miraculously approved on the spot for credit. (Should've known something was up with that) Fortunately I didn't put any cash down on the procedure but they did talk me into taking the initial injections that day. The burning and itching lasted for a day or so, and when I called fig, the lady said that was normal. When I got my first bill from Care Credit, I made the minimum payment, but did not feel the procedure was for me. The itching came back, and thinking back on the entire ordeal made me feel like I had been had. I decided to contact fig after a few months of refusing to continue the treatment and pay the bill. That's when I found the Atlanta office had closed. I contacted the credit company and got them to send me the dispute letter. I began the process around March or April 08. Since then, they have refunded my first and only payment, and sent verification that they have stopped charging me and reversed the credit. Whatever you all do, keep fighting for your refunds. With enough information in your dispute, you shouldn't have any problems getting your money back. Oh yeah, I called myself itchy because that's my current state. I can't say that the injection substance is why to this day I have issues with my skin, but I didn't have these issues before. The itching is not just around my lower abs (where I had the injection) but what looks like a rash is popping up in other areas. Good luck guys.
