I was sent an email by your company, and don't know who gave my email address to you. I assumed it was from my doctor, Dr. Lee, and that she was trying to improve her office by doing a survey.
I was told earlier today that my user name had been changed so it would no longer be online. But there it is above!! Please CHANGE it wherever it appears on your site, as you said you would do. It does not good to change for the future, what I am concerned about is what I wrote you in the past.
You are invading my privacy bigtime.
I think this company should make clear that reviews are going to be posted in a public way. I feel my privacy has been interfered with because I thought I was filling out a survey, and then discovered what I wrote would become public. If there was a way to edit a username then I could easily make my username private, and this would solve the problem. BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS.
