I work in a dental office and anytime we have a patient interested in Zoom! we warn them about the risk of sensitivity, have them read and sign the consent form, and give them an Rx fluoride toothpaste to use daily for at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure. Don't blame the product if the Dentist didn't treat you properly, and don't blame the Dentist if you read the consent form and agreed to go on with the procedure after being informed of the risk.
