I've had melasma for about a year now and I have tried some lasers and crazy peels to no avail. I tried Triluma cream and I am surprised by how well it works. It takes about a month for real results to show up, but it is really worth it. For my adult acne, I did 8 months of low dose accutane (15 mgper day), which made me feel like crap. Now I use Tazorac. It is way cheaper and does nothing to my moods. I swear by these two creams now, Tazorac and Triluma.
