mlreddin, look at recommendation then look for you self, only trust the permanent makeup artist you are happy with.
Ask about follow up appointments, the techniques and the products used.
Ask to see hairtroke brows and also powder brows.
Never go on price, this is your face you want the best work from the best artist, it possibly will not be the most expensive.
Find someone like me who works to the highest standards, even if you have to travel.
Avoid discounters, why are they discounting, how busy are they?
Best of luck
Kind regards,

You should not really have any swelling at all (for brows) I understand that we are all different but so are the techniques used to carry this out. It does not matter if the practitioner has been working with this for 10 or 20 years, natural skill, perfection, equipment and the chosen technique all come into play, I am a UK based permanent makeup artist so I am just advising you on how I go about things and what I think is right. I draw them onto the face using special measurements (the same uses by a plastic surgeon for facial reconstruction, I always use a protractor for this, then tailor them the the facial shape. I work very light, you pay only once but the treatment will always be carried out twice (or possibly three times)fully, the first then the second 4 weeks later. the first treatment is like laying the foundations, the second treatment is then carried out, the area is fully reworked again. I am very fussy and have the best reputation for this, my clients almost fall asleep on the bed because of the unique combinations I use, I would not have it any other way, I want you super comfortable for yourself and me, its the only way. I work for the local hospitals for paramedical work and everyone gets the same treatment, make sure you demand the above before you have your eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup carried out, you are paying, so demand this method, if not walk away. Your brows should be perfect, the shape should be unique and the colour right for you, they should fade down after 2-3 or whatever years, and then a retouch is advised, some of my clients come at 18 months. If one was to work heavy to make the makeup last the shape could possibly distort, and the colour could possibly pull blue, this is something that we dont want, a nice ash fade down as our face changes, then a retouch can be applied.
