I really need someone to clear this all up for me PLEASE! I had by a REAL doctor, Perlane injections in my upper lips to try to smooth out that cigarette smoker look. (No I do not smoke nor have I) I just read that Perlane is not to be given in the lips. My real problem is that not only do I have bruising and uneven bumps but my lips look like I should be on the Simpsons. Not funny:( I do not know what to do I am frantic. It's only been a little over two days. What can I expect? Was my physician wrong in doing this? Is there anything I can do to ease the look? How long will it take to wear off? Please anything! Frantic in PA:( (What I meant by a real doctor is that she has been my family doctor for many years. Her and several other physicians opened a Spa)
