Hi Charlotte, my PS said to wait a year to see the full result and that's normally when he would consider a revision. He did mine after 7 months though. Wishing you all the best. I am now coming up for two years since my mini tt & am still really flat & happy ;)
Good luck!

Hey Jo, Will pm you in a minute.
Hope you had a good trip to the UK. You know, no one understands an "issue" you may have with your body unless they have it too. So in your husband's eyes...you look great! Theres a vast improvement and he loves you, so to him its not a big deal. But you know that having a small revision and pulling you tighter will make a BIG difference to the way you look & feel!
I just added a pic taken for my personal trainer...in my bikini. For once I feel good in a costume! My breast reduction did wonders for my self confidence. I have a few friends who've had BA's and they are so happy. It is costly though but something to work towards maybe?
Take care and chat again
xx
Hey Jo!
Sorry you have to wait to see your PS. I was also worried that in trying to "fix" it, it might be worse. Thats always a risk you take. I'm going to try add some more pics now but if I don't manage I'll send you a PM. Would like to see your pics too...
Mamaags - sorry you're having the same problems. I know a mini tt does not yield the same result as a full tt and often the PS can't pull too much skin without making a large incision. So you trade off a smaller incision for a smaller tuck (less skin removed). Mine looked flat and awesome right after surgery but then gradually started looking pouchy and wrinkly (may have been due to the seroma). As you can see from my pic above I had a little pouch after a few months. I am soooo happy with my revision. It was really a minor procedure and my PS removed another 1-2cm or so of skin and pulled me tighter, whilst removing the scar tissue from the seroma. I still have stretch marks but because my tummy is tighter they are much less noticeable.
I must also say that I excercised quite a bit after my mini tt. Doing lots of sit ups so my stomach muscles were strong. I also stopped eating chocolate, cakes and junk food so I was at my best before the revision. I have lost 7kg (think thats about 15 pounds?) since my mini tt and am so happy with my slimmer body. Even with the weight loss and exercise I still needed the revision!
I'm going to try post quite a few pics so you can see my results
All the best to both of you
PS Buy a lottery ticket :)

Hi Jo,
I had a revision last week Wednesday! My PS had me try endothermy to try tighten the loose skin but it didn't work. I was really unhappy with the loose wrinkly looking skin and the little lump! He admitted he could have tightened me more & was happy to do the revision. It was done under conscious sedation in about an hour in his rooms. I was awake and happy and remember some stuff but it was not traumatic in the slightest! He cut along the same scar, removed a huge lump of scar tissue (that was from the seroma) and cut out some more skin to pull me tighter. He thought he might hve to lipo but said once he was in there wasn't fat, just the scar tissue. The tightening has made a world of difference!!! My tummy is FLAT and the wrinkly look GONE! the lump is gone too and I think it looks fab. Am absolutely thrilled with the revision (he's only charging for materials used). I was sore for 3 days but nothing like the actual mini tt.
If I were you I'd insist on a revision! You waited a long time & paid a lot of money for this and if you're not thrilled with the result, he needs to fix it. I'll try post a new pic. I'm slightly swolen around cut but am really really happy.
All the best, fight for that revision & let mw know....
