So you would suggest the slim lipo before the smart lipo? What's the difference? Thank You!

Hello. I have been researching several Dr.s in the Las Vegas area that do the Vaser/Smart Lipo. How did yours turn out? Could you give me some info on Dr's in this area? I am nervous and I don't want to choose the wrong Dr. Much appreciated!! Thank You.
