Yes. Not perfect, but way better than before the surgery. The skin is looser, cellulite still there as before, but I am able to wear pants without long tops covering my thighs and feel much better about my appearance. I still have a bit of a bulge from the "banana roll" area in back, under the panty line, which my dr. says is very difficult to correct without causing worse problems (sagging butt, etc.) and I'm glad he's realistic and cautious about it. I also have some residual discoloration from the extensive bruising; it's fading very slowly and the dr. is doing some IPL (light) treatments to assist in resolving it. He assures me it's not permanent, so I'm not worrying about it. I probably would have had better skin tightenting if I'd done it 10 years ago, but oh well! I'm still very glad I finally had the procedure.

That was total, so about 750 each - mostly on the outer thigh, relatively little on the inner. I think I lost at least an inch or so on each thigh, although I've only measured once, just a few days post-op. It's more about the shape than the size, for me it's easy to see a real difference in silhouette and in how my clothes fit. Your doctor definitely should respond to you, although he may say you need to wait longer to see results. Lots of the Q&A responses on this site say it does take a while to see final results, hard as it may be to believe. Keep following up!

I would think you should see some difference, but after only 3 weeks it might be offset by swelling. Have you talked with your doctor? I had 1500 cc's removed from outer & inner thighs, and definitely can see results; my dr. said he removed a larger than usual volume.

He used UAL (ultrasound) to help promote skin tightening, as he acknowledged sagging can be a problem with thighs. I don't see any sagging, but I'm still fairly bruised, maybe swollen(?), and wearing my compression garment full-time. I also have a lot of cellulite and my skin tone isn't what it was years ago, I'm not expecting that to change. I've accomplished what was important to me. I did consult with one other local surgeon, who I think is very good also but scheduling was more difficult for me. He offers various lipo methods (laser, ultrasound, and water jet) and said that they are all more similar than different. I think the skill of the surgeon is far more important than the specific tools, which might make small marginal differences at best. I chose Dr. B after reading a lot of positive feedback from patients, and getting a good feeling from talking with him and his nurses - they covered a lot of the things most important to me (related to safety) before I even asked. I liked what I read about Dr. B's artistic background, and his active participation in professional education and research. I spoke with a former patient. I looked at pictues of his work, and discussed what I wanted and how it would compare to the photos, and he gave honest, intelligent answers rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear - he said he'd be aggressive but that to some extent the results will vary with your anatomy and no one could guarantee otherwise. I'm really happy with the results! Hope that helps, good luck!
