I just had rhinoplasty done about 9 days ago and I had the cast taken off yesterday. I could immediately see the change in the shape of my nose. I use to have a very crooked nose from a deviated septum and now my nose is very straight. My doctor did almost exactly what I had asked him. Not to put you down I hope it is just swelling I know how it feels when your hoping that when the cast comes off that your nose is perfect...I hope everything work out for you...
