I'm still out there! After more than a year later I would still do it again. A little sagging but that is normal, it still looks better than it did. I see no scarring (but I suppose it is behind my ears).

What wires are you talking about? The LSL doesn't use wires. The skin is pulled up and sutured in place. After 3 years those should be healed.

I had it done the first week of September. I did not feel anything and really don't remember much. They deadened the skin before the shots so they weren't that bad. The first day was the worst for pain but of course they give you painkillers. The next few days were better. The hardest part for me was sleeping with my head elevated and on my back since I usually sleep on my side. I am pleased with the results and have received a lot of compliments. I would do it again.

Yes, I'm SURE! I'm a software consultant. However I do heal quickly and have a high threshhold for pain...and everyone's face is different. It's an individual decision no doubt, but no matter what anyone says you should check references on the doctor you are considering. Just so you know I was scheduled for this two years ago and chickened out for the same reason. I changed my mind after this new doctor joined the Dallas team who actually had the procedure done to herself.
