I too have a permanent indention by the left corner of my mouth. I have to get restylane injections to fill it out. I hate Ultherapy and never miss an opportunity to advise against it. The ads make it sound like an easy procedure with no downtime and no risk. That is FRAUD.

Hi. I had Ultherapy Jan. 21, 2012, and experienced the same issues. It took two months for me to fully recovery. I still have a dent on the left side of my forehead and to the left of my mouth. My bangs hide my forehead and I used filler for the dent next to my mouth. I would not encourage anyone to have this procedure and will not do it again.

I had complications from Ultherapy and believe that they are not as rare as we are lead to believe. For weeks after this procedure, I dealt with nerve damage that made me look like a stroke victim. I now have indentations on the left side of my mouth and next to my left brow that I did not have before Ultherapy. Forgive me for saying so, but I sense the heavy hand of the profit motive.

So sorry to hear this! My nerve damage did last from 4-6 weeks, but it now appears to be healed. Still have indentation at the left corner of my mouth and above left brow. The indentations are definitely due to Ultherapy damage. Of course, the doctor's office conveniently lost my preprocedure photos. Too bad for them that my photos from a photofacial 8 months earlier were still available. They showed no indents before Ultherapy. Phoebekins, I think there are a lot of us unhappy customers out there. I wish there were a more public forum to warn others. Good luck to you!

Nerve damage is better but I have two indented scars on my face. I looked at before and after pictures last week and could not see any improvement. The only difference is the two indented areas on my face.
