I posted on here about 2 weeks after augmentation too. DON'T WORRY JUST YET!!! I know it's hard to not worry, but your breasts will change a bit more with time. It is too early to be worrying about any of this. In fact 6 months is what I hear is how much time to give it...I worried about the lopsided issue, contracture b/c one was harder than the other, the incision being a little higher on one than on the other...all of it! You have to look at is this way too,,,perfection is the enemy of good. I love my results so far even though they are still healing! Talk to your Surgeon about the running and weight lifting though. He should be the one (along with yourself) to tell if your body is ready to get back into the swing of things. If it feels wrong to pick it up, then don't! Good luck with everything! Btw who was your Surgeon? I'm in Baton Rouge too.
I started smoking when I was 15 yrs old. A full smoker, parents allowed it and everything. I am now 30. I have gone though 2 pregnancies, had the hardest time putting them down even still. But, afer having breast augmentation, I haven't wanted one yet. I've had drinks, and the thought still never crossed my mind. I feel great and I believe that when you have a surgery to better yourself, even if it's just for cosmetic reasons, it empowers you to make other changes that are to better yourself. Good luck! It was THE BEST decision I've made that has had a huge, positive impact on my health.
