Plus White 5 Minute from the drugstore is the best. You have to use corrently though. Try this... http://alternaluxe.blogspot.com/2013/02/teeth-whitening-at-home_5.html see method: Peroxide Gel in tray. You need a formed tray because you'll want to be able to skip teeth that you don't want to lighten.
