I had a little put in the same area a little over a year later. Did not necessarily need it, but I wanted to take care of it before the hollows went back to where they started. Only used maybe half a syringe. No problems.

No, I did not. I was sure to not take ibuprofen. Next time I am going to take Arnica just as a precaution.
