I stupidly bought the cleo Q, used it twice and to my horror it left deep set wrinkles around my eyes. When I rang and e-mailed Kayco, they were rude and unsympathetic. I knew right away there was no way I would get any of my money back, I wish I had the guts to sue them. (I had used a £30 hand held device before that with good results) I wish I'd read the reviews above before being ripped off by this awful company.
I having used the Cleo Q for the first time last week I found that it seemed to damage my skin leaving deep set wrinkles. Kayco have been unhelpful and I doubt I will get my money back. I have used a cheap hand held facial excerciser before which produced excellent results I wish I'd stuck to that.
