I did not mean drains as in the bags with the tube inserted in you. What I meant was when he makes the small incisions on your back so that the swelling/fluid will drain. This is what I felt and it was VERY painful.
Yes thank you things are going great. I have a low tolerance for pain and the medicine they gave me was not nearly strong enough and when I asked for something stronger they acted like I was a pill head or something. Luckily I was able to get some pain pills on my own.
When I woke up it felt like someone was stabbing me in the back and I felt like someone was cutting my side. They said he was injecting me with a numbing medicine which I know was not true because the numbing medicine is injected on the stomach along the scar in the front. It was when he was creating the drain holes.
