    Wait. Avoid drastic treatments including surgery. Wait. Wait. Wait some more. It will improve eventually. WAIT. Avoid steroid and surgery.

    Well I am getting to this very late. A rash with dermal fillers is not normal, it is not generally seen in an allergy. A rash sounds either like a herpetic/herpes/shingles episode or a pending or active necrosis. Both of these require urgent care. Treatment for each one is entirely different. I am sure you are resolved Miss Burela. Anyone who has this type of problem should go back to the practice where you were treated. It is imperative if they do not know how to handle this that you see someone who does.
