  tecece....Did Dr. Kridel do your facelift? I am curious because I had rhinoplasty by Dr. Kridel summer2009 and now it is 4 months post op. I am not very satisfied. He gave me the profile I asked for but at the price of a changed front view. I have had uneven swelling but it is getting better. The big disappointment is a upper side dorsal bump that doesn't harm the profile thank goodness but it does cause my nose to look a bit crooked front on especially with the increased swelling on the opposite lower side. I keep hoping by one year I will not regret this surgery at all. I feel so foolish because I thought just cause he had all those wonderful creditials and charges so very, very much ...he must be the absolute BEST!! But...now I wish I would have just lived myself the way I was. Also...I think the recovery was especially rough since I allowed the Dr. to make incisions outside my nostrils for alar base reduction. I strongly advise others to say no to outside cuts...they are tuff to look at after...takes longer to recover!
