I had lower jaw surgery about 7 months ago, and I still have swelling on my right side, making my lower face slightly lopsided. In your pics, I see quite a bit of swelling in your midface, so it may still be too early to judge your final outcome. Definitely discuss your concerns with your surgeon thoroughly, but i wouldn't rush into a reversal procedure unless it's clear to you that it's necessary.
