    Dear Peace01, I am sorry you felt that I falsely advertised. As you recall, you have had many other surgeries in NYC, never by me. You came to me for a second opinion and as I recall, you deferred a skin graft or skin flap procedure to attempt and fix your lower eyelid issues and thus I recommneded you return to Dr. S in New York, your treating doctor.
