First off, this looks like a shameless self-promo for a doctor doing smart lipo. One day after is so ridiculous as a way of showing real results.
Why won't you show a pic 1 week later, or now that it's a year later, 1 year later? Smart lipo is probably telling their reps to get docs to post these 1-day after stories. sad.
