I agree 100% with your statement to Mr. Steve. I have a personal trainer that works with me sometimes twice aday 5 days a week. Most of body is toned and very musculer, even my stomach, but still have fat deposits on the sides of my waist. I write down everything I eat and she tracks. Lots of protein and water all day. I've made my appointment today to have the perfect body also Melic. No matter male or female weight training, dieting, gym nut or other it is very rare for someone not to have some fat somewhere they perfer it not to be. I can't wait for the outcome. As I see it 95% of the candidates that had this performed wished that it was available before now.
