    wow i think your nose does look lovely. I have heard about this surgeon and from looking at so many photos, i am sreiously thinking of having a consultation with him. I didnt realise he did before and afters though as a girl who added a review about him said he declined to do a photoshopped image for her, which i did put me off a bit as i'd like some idea of what it might look like

    Hello Sounds horrendous and has the doctor ever provided any explanation to you as to why he did work that was not approved and also why he removed the tape so swiftly? He has got one good photo on here of a rhinoplasty that he has done but there are no other photos only one. I think will give wide berth now. It is so hard to know who to choose and to trust with something as important as your nose. thank you and sorry you went through this.

    I am considering this doctor too as his after photos are amazing! On his website there are so many photos that you know it must be real skill as they all look so much more attractive with their nose in proportion. So excited. Think i may be spending christmas in the states ;) please please please can you post a before and after shots as sooo helpful. Its so nice that a nurse was able to stay with you. Never heard of that before and did not even know that could be an option. I guess you must have been quite unwell though so maybe that was why. x

    Thanks for the tip off about finesse one, never even heard of it til you mentioned it. I feel so ugly and know i should be grateful that it looks okay from some angles but I'm just feel that i look so abnormal from the others. I look hideous from some angles. I don't think it can be totally in my head cos a few people have took mickey out of it. Probably the photos i picked don't show gravity of the problem. will have to be brave and put worse ones on ;) thanks for commenting. E
