Cosultation is everything.Even good docs with poor bedside manner and "time issues" will leave you frustrated.First off,every time you do surgery on the nose-should make it worthwhile because you do too many-well,look at Michael Jackson.Also,for revision patients,there is alot more likelyhood of rejection/infection of ANYTHING ARTIFICIAL.If you cant use your own bone/cartilidge--only use natural material bio-grafting is new,but synthetic prosthetics are highly suseptible to complications when used in the nose,because noses are havens for every germ imaginable.Hope this helps.
