Wow. Your eyes look really amazing. I have to tell you though, I stared at the photo for the longest time and cannot see that one is "noticeably higher". I too saw that program about how perfect symmetry looked really weird (they used famous people to demonstrate). That said, you should talk to your surgeon about it if it upsets you so much. Personally, I think those photos are a great advertisement for your surgeon because your eyes look really beautiful.
