Has anyone had Lifestyle Lift performed by Dr. Yco in San Diego? I am scheduled for the procedure in 2 weeks. I consulted with both Dr. Erfani and Dr. Yco in the Mission Valley office of Lifestyle Lift. Both doctors seemed very confident about this procedure, and made me feel comfortable about it. I would like to hear from someone that Dr. Yco has performed the procedure on.

I thought I asked all the right questions in the consultations, but after reading the posts on this website, I know that I didn't.

I have very fair skin, and have sun damage from growing up in the southern California desert. I wonder if that will reduce the effectiveness of the procedure and shorten the time it would last. Also, Dr. Yco already told me that, because of my coloring, I may be a "bleeder." That makes me think the bruising and swelling may be worse for me than for some others in the recovery phase. Both docs both told me the results would most likely last 5-7 years, but from what I've read at this site, that may not be true.

I would love to hear from anyone who has been through the procedure with Dr. Yco in San Diego.

I was VERY excited about this procedure when I saw the informercial on t.v. and the met with the "physician's representative". I was less excited after meeting with the docs and getting a little more realistic expectation of the results, but I still very much wanted to have the procedure. I just got more info from the office staff about what to expect in the recovery phase, which is much more complicated and scary I thought it was going to be. Now I am terrified after reading other people's experiences. There are far too many who've had problems as well as poor results. I will most likely postpone, if not cancel, the procedure. I'm glad there's a place like this to share information.
