I had saline implants 11 years ago and have never had a problem. They still look great and I've never had any ill effects as a result of having them in my body. Saline is just salt water so in the unlikely event one would rupture the salt water would just be absorbed into the body.
Karman: Hi, I wonder if you can tell me what office you went to in Toronto. I live in the USA, about 4 hours from Toronto and the cost difference seems worth the trip. We're planning on vacationing this summer in Toronto anyway. Also, are you still happy with your results?
