I spoke with the lawyer and she also recommended for me to write a letter to Carecredit concerning the Lipozap case. I've already paid them in full within the first 6 months of my procedure so I don't know if I will have the same luck as you did. Could you give me some advice as to how you were able to resolve this case with Carecredit? Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you =)

I went ahead and left another message for Kathryn today. The problem I am having is that I already paid off Care credit in full since last year so I my only hope now is that their insurance company can settle my case. Thank you for your feedback.

I really appreciate your feedback as well as your interest in making sure all of us have someone to talk to in regards to this lawsuit.
