Thanks for your response. Didn't think I'd get one on here.So I have a strap by Veronique that I try to keep pressure only on 1 side. How do I stretch the pocket myself? I'm trying to do anything to avoid having to go back in for revision to drop implant. I'm 11weeks out as of yesterday. I would luv to here how to stretch the pocket. Thanks MsRaven

I am having the exact same problem with my left. I had surgery 7/28/09,right dropped in 2 weeks & is soft & normal. The left has always been more swollen & was bruised initially. It is high and firm and Tight. I'm right handd so not sure what my issue is. Wonder if it is too late to try a breast strap & will it affect the one that's already dropped.
