I am usually pretty active but had a car accident 2 yrs ago which had me reduce my activity for a while. Now I'm back to working out 3-5 days a week but do find that my flank area is holding some weight. I'm only 4 lbs more then in the picture.
I agree with the others. 2 weeks is when you'll start feeling a better but you will be TIRED and sore after that much work. You may have to take some pain killers (prob just Xstrenght Advil) for a while longer if you have to be so physical though.
Just remember to TAKE IT EASY! The faster you try to do things the more painful and the longer the recovery. Be a Diva and get served for a while. It will pay off in the end. I had a friend who had a TT & Reduction with Lift about 2 months after my surgery and she has 4 kids but hadn't had surgery before. She did not get a pain pump either but experianced a similar level of discomfort as me. She did really well with her recovery and siad that her breast scars fadded faster then her TT scars. GL!
You'll do great! I had mine and was surprised at how well it went. For me it was more discomfort of the tightness then actual pain. I was only on the heavy pain meds for a few days and then on Extra Strength Advil. Now, just sort of a year and a half out, TOTALLY worth it.
