I live in NJ as well and have been wanting this surgery for 5 years now. I've looked into non-surgical ways to fix this problem but everything else out there costs just about the same, and there's no guarantees that any non-surgical way works. I was wondering as well what doctor you went to in NJ. I'd rather go to doctors whom I'm seeing good reviews on from actual patients rather than their own website testimonials which I'm too skeptical of their write-ups.
