Hi,
I still love my nose, the profile is still fabulous but I am thinking about going back for a minor columella tuck. I will see my doctor tomorrow and see what can be done about it. I am super picky I know, it's a minor defect but if it is easily fixable, i will go for it. I trust my doctor a lot, he knows what he is doing.
Do you think a chin implant can help? My chin is long but it seems that it is leaning backwards so is it possible to place an implant at the front so that length is not increased, but the angle improves?
I think that most people who say you look done are influenced by the difference between before and after picture and the swelling which exaggerates the results. I love your results! The fuller cheeks and the smoother shape of the chin make you look younger and your face looks more chiseled. I'm sure you'll look even better 3-6 months from now, I hope you post pictures.
