I am surprised you see good results already. Thermage takes months to see results, the first week or so is just swelling.

you probably still have a lot of swelling after one month. I had tip work done 3 months ago and when I look back at my pictures ( i have a lot because I went on vacation) my tip looked very bulbous at 1 month post op.

ignore the swelling, it's inevitable and can look scary especially between the yes; focus on the profile which will probably much less affected by the swelling. Either way, I am sure it will look great. Please post pictures

I had similar issues with the tip, it looked a bit too elevated during the first week; now 6 weeks later it has come down even more than I wanted...
