i have it too, and im over 2 months post op. i keep pushing on it and its hard as a rock. im worried about it, but i guess its normal? i did not notice mine until about 2 weeks ago, after most of the swelling was gone. then it was totally obvious and it freaked me out.
Im thinking you should not be in this much pain at 6 months post, especially if they didnt even tighten the muscles. I think if i were you i would consult with another Dr and get a 2nd opinion, because your Dr does not seem to concerned about it and this would bother me a great deal if i were you. I dont know much as far as being 6 months post op, but i can say that i have no pain and im only a couple of months post op (and my muscles were tightened). Something does not sound right and you should speak to someone asap. Im sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.
Im 42. i have bags but learned to live with them lol. i just realized something, maybe my vertical scar has something to do with the fact i had no drains, so i have an extra scar? i have not asked him about it. never really worried about it till i felt it all hard last week. it must have something to do with the fact it was a "no drain" tummy tuck. id rather be hard then fat and lumpy so i can live with it ha ha.
that really sucks about your Dr Visit. i would have had a huge melt down. you should try Dr Nachbar in the future if you do decide to have other things done. i have not one bad thing to say about him. Hes a total sweetheart.
i would like to get my nose done next. Ive always wanted a nose job, but not sure im up for any more pain just yet. perhaps next year ;)
